THE BESTS OF GoDaddy
1. Web Design Assistance is surely impressive and can be really helpful especially for amateurs.
2. Domain Manager allows users to manage and control domain names easily. You can even sell your domains through GoDaddy.
3. If you are concerned with privacy and security, then GoDaddy may be the best web host for you.
4. GoDaddy makes it possible for users to work efficiently through features like Account Management, Database Set Up & Management, Email Management, and Manage Statistics Tools.
5. GoDaddy is quite famous for their reliable customer support.
THE BAD – What’s Disappointing about GoDaddy?
1. Limited storage space and monthly bandwidth for the Economy Plan
Economy Plan’s Storage space of 10 GB and monthly bandwidth of 300 GB may not work for websites whose heading towards richer web content in the future.
2. Ultimate Plan does have unlimited space and monthly bandwidth, BUT price is at $14.99/month and still, everything is not unlimited.
If it is necessary that you have unlimited space and monthly bandwidth, you can go for the Ultimate Plan. The price though is no longer competitive with other low-cost web hosts that can offer the same thing. Another bad side is that even if you avail the Ultimate Plan, your ftp accounts will still be limited. Apparently, only 50 users can have FTP accounts. Many websites are not at all concern with this. But it can be a turn off to some. Other limited features are email storage and email addresses.
3. Waiting time may be inevitable
Since many are already using GoDaddy, delays may happen from time to time. Database set-up and installation of application sometimes take longer than customers may have patience to wait for.
4. Does not use cPanel
cPanel is one of the most favorite when it comes to site management, unfortunately GoDaddy is not using this.

Go Daddy? A bit disappointing,…
Go Daddy? A bit disappointing, yes. Actually may be not even just a bit. You see the thing is, they’re really popular. You got that right on your review above. And same with me, I got this impression that they are a big company as compared to other cheap web hosts that I’ve researched on the net. And given that they seem bigger and more popular, I made a conclusion that they are the best host for my website. Okay. I am really sounding pissed so I guess I should also try to be more fair about this. Well features are okay. And it’s really easy creating your website through Go Daddy. You can do almost everything just by dragging and dropping stuff. But man, the speed! My internet connection is not amazing but it is fine! I don’t deserve to create and manage my website as slow as I am doing it every time! So please, I really hope they can do something about this! Another thing? The templates are not so pretty. My friend is using another web host, and I noticed that her site is really better looking than mine. And it’s because of the template she’s using. Oh well, what can I do now? I don’t want to go thru the trouble of switching to another web host!

I totally agree! How come their hosting packages are pricey when you basically get the same from other web hosts! I regret it when I got their services! Well, I must admit, it functions well. Uptime is okay, features are okay. But it takes relatively longer to design a webpage, there are a lot of waiting times. And what made me feel really bad is that whenever I talked to friends who got other webhosts, I feel like theirs cost cheaper and yet it’s like they even sound more satisfied than I am! Talk about bad luck!

I got Godaddy for my…
I got Godaddy for my business website, and I am so glad that I did!!!! I know nothing about techie stuff, I feel like making a website will be totally impossible for me. I actually did not have any plans at all in making the site myself, I was thinking of paying my bro to do it for me. But hey, the first time I tried it, I easily got the hang of it in no time. I hardly need any help! It has been fun actually. Although it’ll be better if they can make the uploading of images and all other stuff faster.

There are many plans to choose from on GoDaddy, these plans differ the amount of space allowed, the available email adresses and the maximum amount of database they can offer. These are met with maximum capabilities from GoDaddy. Also, the web design assistance that i used when i first started was amazing. It helped through the hard times of encoding and designing. FYI, I bought the 14.99 Ultimate Web Hosting 4th gen. and it’s worth it!

there should be a sign…
there should be a sign on the top of the website that says ‘one of the best. Because if you are not a godaddy user, you are not in. godaddy gives you prestene service like no other. of course, there are setbacks like slow customerservice and such, but who cares, right? the main thing is that it is up to your needs and has an uptime that never goes down. Plus, though its price isnt the cheapest, every penny you bring out of your pocket is worth spending for.

GoDaddy is one of the premiere hosting sites around. It can be dubbed as the number one, and if not number one, it is a close second because of the service it brings.
