So what is GOOD about JustHost?

1. No dedicated IP address
Private IP addresses are more expensive that is why most low-cost web hosts do not have these. But without them, SSL certificate may be impossible. SSL certificate is necessary to receive payments from customers. On the contrary, many people who are using shared address said that it works just fine for them. But still, one thing that can make you uncomfortable is the fact that in shared hosting, one malpractice of a user who is sharing the same IP as yours can affect your own site just as much.
2. No Windows Hosting means No Windows-based software
One of the advantages of Windows Hosting is the familiarity of most people with Windows operating system. So you can just imagine how it can make web hosting so much easier for beginners. Apparently JustHost is not supported by this.

I am currently using Justhost…
I am currently using Justhost for 2 of my 5 websites. Hmmm.. I am quite happy with their services given that these 2 websites has high web traffic. The support team is reliable at all times. I am very pleased that whenever I need some help, I can sense that the support team is quite eager and willing to extend their assistance to me. Unlike other web hosts that I dealt with in the past. There are times when you get that feeling that all they want to do is to get rid of you and hang up. Justhost people always sound apologetic and they are quite fast in solving your problems. What usually bothers me is the loading speed of heavy files that I need to upload to my website. I do hope I can do something about it. I heard it is more because they use Shared hosting which is quite reasonable since the rates of their hosting packages are pretty cheap. So I really cannot complain so much I guess.

I am okay using Justhost.…
I am okay using Justhost. I just wish they can do something with the servers. All in all, I am pretty satisfied. One of the cheapest rates I found in the internet with not so much bad customer reviews. One of the reasons why I go tthem in the first place. And now that I am finally getting hosted by them,. I see that unlike other cheap web hosts, their services are no joke. They deliver to their promises. And they good for a small business website like mine. So I totally recommend them.

Made the mistake of signing…
Made the mistake of signing for a membership approximately a month ago. Almost from the onset, experienced numerous performance related problems. Despite submission of more than half a dozen trouble tickets, never received any tangible resolution. Problems included connectivity to backend database, inability to access WordPress admin panel, etc. Without notification, Just Host suspended my account for utilization of system resources in excess of 10%, which is highly doubtful. Without attempting to determine if a Denial of Service (DoS) or other cause was to blame, they promptly suspended my account and posted a large banner stating such on both of my websites. While the technical support number is 24/7, quite often actual access to the system occurs from persons in the Ukraine! To those considering JustHost.com, strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a hosting provider.
